Day 5 - Track walk....awesome...we got to walk 3/4 of the way around Bristol. It was so cool. I got to take a picture with Jeff Hammond. The banking is so high.... The view from below is unbelievable. Totally worth the walk!!!

Day 4 - Bristol Motorspeedway for the whole day. We walked around all the events trucks and shopped and then FINALLY went inside Bristol MotorSpeedway to see the AWE.....it was so cool and so small yet amazingly the fit a ton of people in there. It is loud but so very cool.... Crossed off my bucket list...hehehehe

Day 3 - Heading from Charlotte to Bristol, Tennessee..... Small side trip to RCR racing (must see), then the LONG drive to Bristol to see the Food City Family Food Festival. It was ok, streets blocked off lines really long for free food (lame) and some apperances from some not very big named drivers. Drove around Bristol and the Speedway and then back to hotel.

Day 2 - Headed to Mooresville and surrounding areas to see Race Shops. Started the day at Lowe's MotorSpeedway in Charlotte. Then onto Hendrick Motorports. AWESOME!!! Roush Racing, Yates Racing(just drove by), Stewart Haas (nice setup, you can tell that it is a new race team, but definitely room to grow), DEI (not happy with this one....Teresa Earnhardt messed it up since I was there last time), Jr Motorports (home of JR NATION), Penske, Then into downtown Mooresville (really cool to hear the stories and actually be able to see some of the stuff), Earnhardt Gnassi racing (dissappointed here too) and then on our way back to the hotel for the evening we passed a BASS PRO SHOPS.... U turn.....

Day 1- Arrived in North Carolina. Went to Whisky River....Dale Jr's bar. It was "Boots and Bikini's Night". We were bummed, Dale Jr was not there to meet us.

My new found friends that I had to go all the way to Europe to meet...hehehe Monique is my new found friend from Utah and that is why we were meeting for dinner. She was in town!!!! It was so good to see her and the wonderful scrapbook that she made of Europe.... yes, I do not like her cuz hers is already done!!!!
