Cooking with Kevin and Susan February 09 (3-1-09)

So for our recipe choice this month we chose Loin Chops with Garlic & Herb Butter. It was pretty good, the garlic butter had mint n it and it seemed to overwhelm my dinner but Kevin seemed to like it. If I was asked would I make it again i would probably say yes but a lot less mint in the recipe. We also had Green Beans, it is a recipe that I created myself and my family can't seem to get enough of. Even Carly can't wait until I make them. (I know shocking!!!)
